How do I apply for an apartment?
You can apply online directly through our website by clicking the “Apply Now” button or visit our leasing office during business hours for assistance.
What are the application requirements?
Applicants must provide proof of income (3x the monthly rent), a valid ID, and consent to a credit and background check.
How long is the lease term?
We offer flexible lease terms typically ranging from 12 to 15 months. Ask our leasing staff for details.
What payment methods are accepted?
Rent can be paid online through the resident portal using a bank account, debit card, or credit card. We would be happy to help you set up your resident portal, stop by the office for assistance!
When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Late fees may apply after a grace period—see your lease for details.
What is included in my rent?
In addition to your base rent, which includes a dedicated covered parking space, our bundled amenity fee covers a wide range of services to enhance your living experience. These include high-speed internet, TV and streaming services with premium channels, valet trash pickup, pest control, and a full smart home package. The smart home features include a video doorbell, camera, alarm system, and more—all designed to offer convenience and peace of mind. How do I submit a maintenance request?
You can submit a maintenance request through the resident portal or call our office directly. For emergencies, call our 24-hour maintenance line.
What is considered a maintenance emergency?
Emergencies include flooding, no heat or A/C (in extreme temperatures), electrical issues, or anything posing a safety risk.
What amenities are available?
Amenities include a secure gated community with a fitness center, pool, clubhouse, package lockers, electric vehicle charging, private garage and storage options and more. Please see our amenities page for the full list.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, we are a pet-friendly community with a dog park and dedicated pet spa and doggie doors for all units. Breed and weight restrictions apply. A pet deposit and monthly pet rent are required.
When can I move in?
Move-in dates are coordinated with the leasing office, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. You will receive keys once your lease is signed and initial payments are received.
What do I need to do before moving out?
Provide written notice per your lease terms, clean the apartment, and return all keys. A move-out checklist will be provided.
Is renters insurance required?
Yes, renters insurance is required with a minimum liability coverage. Proof of coverage must be provided prior to move-in.
Is this a senior housing community?
No, our community is not age-restricted. We welcome residents of all ages who meet our application and income requirements.
